Air Pollution

Air Pollution

  1. What is air?
  2. How is air pollution?
  3. How is air polluted?
  4. How is air harmful?
  5. What happens when men inhale polluted air?
  6. Why should we keep our environment free from pollution?

The most damaging type of pollution is air pollution.
We are at fault since we have no control over the air we breathe.
The presence of gases in the air, such as oxides of carbon, sulphur, and nitrogen, is referred to as air pollution.
Many factors contribute to this pollution.
The growing number of vehicles using the streets in the big cities is what causes this pollution.
Moreover, many companies and mills contribute to air pollution.

There is significant amount of sulfur oxide released during the burning of coal and other fossil fuels.
Due to the emissions of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and sulphur dioxide, bituminous coal used as fuel for cooking, charcoal, and firewood also contribute to air pollution.
Together with burning rubbish, another significant contributor to air pollution is the careless disposal of human waste outdoors.
Asthma, heart illness, and other diseases are caused by air pollution.

To reduce air pollution, however, action must be taken. Lead-free gasoline should be utilized to curb the unplanned rise of industry. It is necessary to grow more trees. This is a method for reducing air pollution. A happy existence is also possible for us.
